You can reach Platak from Rijeka or from Zagreb. The distance from Rijeka is less than 30 km. On motorway Rijeka – Zagreb, at Grobnik plain, take the exit Čavle (racing circuit and sports airfield), then turn left and continue north, towards the mountains, for 15 km.
